India's recent e-commerce policy is being described as an example of a convoluted regulatory regime that has spooked investments and enterprises. When the Flipkart-Walmart deal was sanctioned by the CCI, the government touted it as the largest FDI deal and India as an attractive investment destination. If that was indeed true, the restrictive new e-commerce policy six months later must worry us all. The rules, however, should make Mukesh Ambani very happy. Watch this video to know why.
